Day 13 of The 30DS
Level 2 is still super duper hard. I’m pushing myself though…no as many breaks as the first day, but I’m still taking quite a few. My shoulders burnnn in those strength circuits! Especially going from the military press to chair squats with a v raise (or whatever it’s called!) But, I’m very proud to announce that I did the plank oblique twists for the entire minute!...

Untrustworthy Scale
Man I do not trust the scale at my mom’s house! Take me back to school where there’s a REAL scale…one that doctors would use. Not a $30 one from Kohls. Day 11 of The 30DS
What fresh level of hell has Jillian Michaels created in Level 2? This workout was so incredibly ridiculously hard I’m still panting from it! Wow-eeee this workout was so crazy! SO MANY PLANKS! Eating Clean
So I see this phrase used a lot, “eating clean”, and I get the basic gist of it. Only eat natural things. Who out there is eating clean? Was it a hard transition? And how do you manage to do when you live with other people who don’t care about their diet? So many questions! I think sugar and sweets will be my hardest challenge. Any thoughts on eating clean? :)

Day 10 of The 30DS
Level 1 is finito! I’m still sweating from it, but I’m ready for a new challenge tomorrow! I did all regular push-ups the first 30 seconds! I’m so proud of myself. Day 9 of The 30DS
So finally life will be getting back to normal tomorrow so I don’t have to be shredding it up at 10:30 at night! I’m almost ready to move on to Level 2. I’m a very by the books girl so I’m waiting for to finish Day 10 so I can do the levels nice and even :) I like feeling comfortable with Level 1, so moving on will be interesting. Day 8 of The 30DS
I don’t think I’ve ever worked out for 8 days in a row…so go me!! The other accomplishment is that I did it again at the END of my day, instead of in the beginning. It’s hard during the holidays to use the living room to work out in and make sure no body walks in while I’m doing squats. So 11 o’clock at night seems to work. Either way, I did it! My quads...

Day 7 of 30DS
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas! I had a really awesome day today =) I’ll be honest, didn’t really count points (Christmas only comes around once a year!). Day 5 of The Shred
Dare I say that it’s getting easier!? My legs were still burning throughout it, but during the cardio I didn’t have to stop once! Push-ups are getting a little easier, but on the second round I had to take a tiny break (still doing modified). Tomorrow I will try to do the first round in a real push-up position. Time to go take the shower I earned!

Day 4 of The Shred
Just finished Day 4 and I’m sweating like a pig…and I like it! This morning I was a lot less sore than I have been, so I pushed myself extra hard today—mostly in the squats/lunges. I’ve already lost about 2 lbs and hopefully there’s more to come…or should I say more to go! =D Oh and I did about 5 regular push-ups before I went down to modified.

No Will Power!!!
I have absolutely no will power. But I’m trying. I just had a delicious home cooked dinner (stir fry and fried rice—made with brown rice!) and now I realllly want to go have dessert. It’s not worth it though, even if it’s only a Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich. Someone come distract me!
