Ok guys, so it’s been a rough few weeks but I’m finally ready to get back on track. I’ve been traveling and working my butt off since January 8th and I really haven’t had much time to take care of myself. But classes are in their second week and I know what times I can work out and get the gym and when I should put on Jillian and do the shred in my room. I need to hit the ground running hard! I’m going to a yoga class tomorrow night which I’m excited for! I’ve never done yoga before! Also, I’m an RA at my school and I’m meeting with a woman to set up a program for my freshmen girls and I at the athletic center. Our gym is kind of split up in two halves on the first level, the elliptical, bikes and easy weight machines on one side and then the intense weight lifting sets on the other. No girls cross into the intense side, so I want to change that! So excited!
